Why Eight Awareness is different
Our Awareness Analysis® doesn't just describe personality or potential. It's an exclusive tool designed to identify and make visible a person's levels of awareness. A profound, targeted, and transformative approach: for those who truly want to know themselves, evolve, and act with clarity.
the method
AWARENESS analysis:
FROM PRACTICE,
FOR PRACTICE
With just 21 questions and in about 20 minutes, our analysis explores a person's internal dynamics: their ways of expressing themselves and the resistances that can limit their full potential.
It asks fundamental questions:• Why do we act in a certain way?• Why do invisible but recurring tensions emerge in teams?• Why do we feel comfortable in some contexts and stuck in others?
The key is awareness. A tool designed for practical use:• In coaching, to guide transparent and effective growth paths• In leadership, to better understand group dynamics and restore harmony
Awareness means seeing. Understanding. Acting with clarity.
THE ORIGINS
THE SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF OUR ANALYSIS TOOL
Awareness Analysis® is based on the studies of American psychology professor Clare W. Graves. Graves discovered that the human brain autonomously develops a certain level of awareness in response to existential and social challenges. She divided awareness into eight value systems, symbolized by different colors. Within these eight levels, each individual addresses existing life conditions.
One of Graves' guiding principles is:
"People shouldn't have to change too much to do their jobs well. Use them to their strengths."
Our Awareness Analysis® doesn't assess skills, but helps develop awareness of how to best use individual strengths, as our awareness directly impacts our capabilities. We don't evaluate performance; we tell you why people make certain decisions and why they don't.
Personal ANALYSIS
Personal analysis not only shows you what levels of awareness are within you, but you can also see at a glance in which environments you have the greatest chance of developing your full potential and in which environments there is the possibility of conflict.
team analysis
Awareness Analysis® can also be applied within a team. Team analysis shows at a glance where a team has the greatest potential, where conflict is most likely, and how conflicts can be avoided in advance.
