Type of data processed and purpose of processing

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data that is then implicitly transmitted through the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Criminal data, pursuant to Art. 10 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data, includes personal data that may reveal criminal records, administrative sanctions resulting from criminal offenses, and related pending charges, as well as the status of defendant or suspect pursuant to Articles 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is recommended that you do not provide such information through this website.


Data retention

The information and personal data of users collected by this website, including data freely provided in order to receive informational materials or other communications by filling out the modules on the site, will be retained solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and for the duration necessary for this purpose. Once the service is completed, all personal data will be destroyed after 6 months, unless otherwise requested by authorities, required by law, or unless otherwise indicated in specific sections of the website.

The data collected by Eight Awareness srl through this website is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or to international organizations.

The data collected by Eight Awareness srl are not subject to profiling, that is, automated processing of personal data for the purpose of evaluating aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.
