Type of data processed and purposes of processing


Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data that are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes:

Criminal data, pursuant to Art. 10 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data, includes personal data that could reveal measures relating to criminal records, the register of criminal convictions and administrative penalties dependent on criminal offenses and related pending charges, as well as the status of defendant or suspect pursuant to Articles 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
It is recommended that you do not provide such information through this website. 


Data retention

The information and personal data of users collected by this website, including data freely provided in order to obtain the sending of informative material or other communications by filling in the appropriate forms on the website, will be stored for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and for the duration necessary for that purpose.

Once the service has been completed, all personal data will be destroyed after 6 months, unless otherwise requested by the authorities, required by law, or unless otherwise indicated in specific sections of the website.

The data collected by Eight Awareness srl through this website is not subject to profiling, i.e., automated processing of personal data for the purpose of evaluating aspects of a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that natural person's professional performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.
